Sink to main line — we find the block, clear it, and tell you why it happened.
Grease buildup, food debris, and soap scum are the usual culprits. We clear the line and advise on what's causing the repeat problem.
Hair, soap, and toothpaste residue build up fast in bathroom sinks. Slow drain or fully blocked — we take care of it cleanly and quickly.
When a plunger isn't cutting it, there's likely a deeper blockage in the trap or drain line. We clear it without damaging the fixture.
Hair and mineral scale combine to form some of the toughest blockages. We snake or jet the line and leave the drain flowing at full capacity.
Multiple fixtures backing up at once usually means the main sewer line. This is where we diagnose before we touch anything — camera inspection available.
Laundry rooms, garages, utility areas — floor drains collect debris and sediment over time. We clear them before they become a water damage issue.
Before we touch a cable or a nozzle, we figure out exactly what's going on. We ask the right questions, look at what's backed up and where, and give you an honest assessment — including whether the problem is a simple clog or something deeper. You'll have a price before any work starts.
Depending on the type and location of the blockage, we'll snake it with a drain machine or hydro-jet it with high-pressure water. For main line issues, we scope the line with a camera first. We use the right method for the job — not the most expensive one by default.
Before we pack up, we tell you what we found and why it happened. If it's something you can prevent — different habits, a simple strainer, a water softener — we'll say so. If there's a bigger issue developing, you'll hear about it straight. No vague warnings designed to upsell.
Cable snaking for kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, shower and tub drains, and toilet clogs. Covers the vast majority of household drain blockages. Price depends on access and severity.
Full sewer line snaking for whole-house backups, slow systems, and recurring drain problems traced to the main line. Includes ground-level cleanout access when available.
High-pressure water jetting for heavy grease lines, tree root intrusion, or stubborn scale buildup that cable snaking can't fully clear. More thorough than snaking — clears the walls of the pipe, not just the center.
Recommended for recurring clogsWe run a small camera through the drain line so you can see exactly what's inside — roots, cracks, offset joints, buildup. Recommended when you're dealing with repeat main line clogs or before buying an older home.
Add to any main line servicePrices reflect typical range for Maricopa County jobs. Your exact price depends on access, severity, and location of the blockage — we always quote before we start.
Most standard drain clears — kitchen sink, bathroom drain, shower, or toilet — take 30 to 60 minutes from arrival to finish. A main line job with a camera scope typically runs 60 to 90 minutes. If we run into something unexpected (severe root intrusion, a collapsed section of pipe), we'll stop and tell you what we found before going further.
For interior drains — kitchen, bathroom, shower, toilet — yes, someone needs to be present to let us in and point us to the affected area. For a main line clean-out at an exterior cleanout access point, we can sometimes work without full interior access, but we'll confirm the specifics when you call.
We give you a real arrival window, not an all-day wait. We'll also call ahead so you're not standing around.
If the same drain keeps clogging every few months, snaking it again only buys temporary relief. The usual root causes are:
Grease and soap buildup on the pipe walls — hydro-jetting clears this far more effectively than snaking.
Tree root intrusion — roots grow toward water and find their way into older clay or cast iron sewer lines. A camera scope shows you exactly what's happening.
Pipe scale and hard water deposits — Maricopa County water is extremely hard, and mineral buildup narrows pipes over time.
Partial offset or damaged pipe — older pipes settle and shift; a low spot or lip traps debris on every flush.
We'll tell you which one applies after we look at the line — not guess at it from the driveway.
For grease lines and recurring clogs — yes, usually. A cable snake punches a hole through the blockage. Hydro-jetting scrubs the entire interior surface of the pipe at high pressure, removing the buildup that the snake leaves behind. It's a more thorough clean that lasts longer.
That said, it's not always the right call. For a simple hair clog in a shower or a single toilet backup, standard snaking is faster and costs less. We'll recommend hydro-jetting when it genuinely makes sense for what we're looking at — not as a default upsell.
We can, and we'll recommend it when it's the right move — mainly for main line issues, recurring clogs, or before any major repair. A camera inspection runs $100–$175 as an add-on to a main line service.
For a straightforward sink or shower drain clog, a camera isn't needed — it would be overkill and an unnecessary cost. We only suggest it when the information it provides would actually change what we do next.
Tell us what's going on — we'll give you a straight answer and a price before we start.
