Faucets, toilets, shower valves — supply your own or we source it. Either way, it's done correctly.
Full swap including supply line replacement and shutoff valve inspection. Single-handle, pull-down, and pull-out styles. We check for corrosion at the valve before we button everything up.
Single-handle, double-handle, widespread, and vessel sink configurations. We handle the drain assembly too — not just the faucet body. Existing shutoff valves inspected and exercised before we finish.
Standard height, comfort height, elongated, and bidet combo units. We set the wax ring, level the bowl, set the bolts correctly, and test for leaks at the base and supply before leaving. No rocking, no leaks.
Pressure-balance and thermostatic valve replacement or new install. Trim kit swaps where the rough-in valve is compatible. If the rough-in needs replacing, we'll tell you before you buy the trim kit.
New install or like-for-like replacement. We handle the plumbing side completely — drain connection, dishwasher knockout if needed, and leak test. Electrical hookup coordination included if an outlet isn't already in place.
Frost-free sillcock installation — the standard for Arizona even though hard freezes are rare. Backflow preventer included where code requires it. We shut off at the main, swap the bib, and pressure-test before restoring flow.
You bought it online, at a big box store, or you've had it sitting in the garage — we'll install it. Just confirm compatibility before we arrive. A three-hole faucet requires a three-hole sink. A thermostatic trim kit only works with its matching rough-in valve body. If you're not sure, text us a photo of what you have and what you bought — we'll tell you if it's going to work before we make the trip.
Our labor pricing covers the installation and testing. The fixture is yours to supply.
Don't want to deal with picking a fixture? We can supply one. No inflated markup — we price fixtures honestly and can show you what we're working with before you commit. We stock or can quickly source reliable, mid-grade fixtures that hold up to Maricopa County's water conditions better than the entry-level options at retail.
Tell us what you need and your budget. We'll come prepared with the right fixture, and the job gets done in a single visit.
Before the wrench comes out, we look at what's already there. Shutoff valve condition, supply line age, drain assembly, valve seat, and water pressure. If something upstream is going to cause problems after the new fixture goes in, we'd rather find it now than after the wall is closed up and you've got a drip behind the cabinet.
The fixture goes in correctly — proper torque on supply connections, correct drain alignment, full seal on wax rings or gaskets. When we say tested, we mean water running through every connection and every mode of operation checked. Drips don't show up later if you looked for them right after install.
The old fixture, packaging materials, and any debris from the install leave with us. We wipe down the work area before we go. The only thing left behind is the new fixture, working correctly. You shouldn't have to do anything after we leave except turn on the tap.
Includes supply line replacement and shutoff valve inspection. Range reflects single-handle vs. widespread configurations and access conditions. Vessel sink and wall-mount faucets at upper end.
Includes wax ring, closet bolts, supply line, and full leak test at base and tank. Bidet combo units and older floor flanges that need repair may affect final price — confirmed before work begins.
Trim kit swap on a compatible rough-in at lower end. Full valve body replacement with wall access at upper end. We confirm rough-in compatibility before you purchase trim — saves everyone a wasted trip.
Includes drain connection, dishwasher knockout (if applicable), and full leak test. Replacement of existing units at lower end. New installs requiring drain modification at upper end. Electrical coordination included.
Standard frost-free sillcock replacement at lower end. Installs requiring new penetration through block or stucco walls at upper end. Backflow preventer added per code where required. Includes pressure test before we leave.
Prices are labor only where you supply the fixture. If we discover issues with shutoff valves, supply lines, or drain assemblies during the job, we quote those separately before proceeding. No surprise line items.
Yes — this is one of the most common ways we work. You buy the faucet, toilet, or disposal you want, we install it correctly. The only thing we ask is that you confirm compatibility before we arrive. Mounting hole count, rough-in dimensions, and valve compatibility matter. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your current setup and what you've purchased — we'll sort it out over the phone before scheduling, so there's no wasted trip.
Our labor pricing covers installation, supply line replacement where needed, and a full leak and function test before we leave.
Yes. We install Moen, Delta, Kohler, American Standard, Glacier Bay — whatever you've purchased. We don't require you to use trade-only fixtures, and we don't charge extra for big box sourced equipment.
The honest note: some of the lower-tier, builder-grade faucets at the big box stores have plastic internals that don't hold up well to Maricopa County's hard water. If you've bought one of those and asked for our opinion, we'll give it. If you'd rather just have it installed, we'll do that too — no lecture.
A straightforward faucet swap — kitchen or bathroom, single-hole or three-hole, everything accessible under the sink — takes 45 minutes to 90 minutes from arrival to cleanup. If the shutoff valves are seized, the supply lines are corroded, or the drain assembly needs replacing at the same time, add time accordingly.
We'll give you a realistic estimate when we see the job. We don't rush fixture installs — a connection that isn't quite right becomes a leak in the cabinet six months later, and that's worse for everyone.
This comes up often in Maricopa County — hard water and age leave shutoff valves that haven't been turned in years completely seized or weeping. We don't swap a fixture onto a bad shutoff valve and call it done.
If we get under the sink and the existing shutoffs are corroded, frozen, or actively dripping, we'll stop and show you. Replacing the shutoff valves requires shutting off water at the main (or a meter shutoff). We'll quote the additional work right then, and you decide whether to proceed. No pressure, no surprise charges — but we won't leave you with a new faucet held together by a shutoff that's one turn away from failing.
Tell us what you have and what you want — we'll get it done clean and correct the first time.
